SUCIG
We provide comprehensive support for Ukrainian refugees, helping them transition from arrival in Herefordshire to living independently in their own homes.

Arrival Support
Our team assists Ukrainian refugees with a wide range of practical support when they first arrive. This includes:
- Visa Applications: Guidance with EVisa and other necessary paperwork.
- Bank Accounts: Helping individuals set up essential financial services.
- Benefits Applications: Assisting with accessing government support.
- Settling into Life in Herefordshire: Offering guidance to adjust to a new community and culture.

Transition to Independence
When refugees are ready to move into their own homes, we extend our support by:
- Applying for Housing: Helping them navigate the application process for social housing or find private rented accommodation.
- Setting Up Utilities and Paperwork: Assisting with essential tasks like setting up bills and managing necessary documentation.

Essential Household Items
We collaborate with partners and use funding provided by Herefordshire Council to source the items necessary to furnish and equip new homes. This ensures refugees have everything they need for a comfortable start in their new lives.
We are here to help with any challenges
Whether they are financial, practical, or emotional, no question is too small. We are committed to ensuring all newcomers feel supported.
