CEO
Mel has dedicated 26 years of her career to Herefordshire. Her extensive experience encompasses frontline child protection, housing project development, children in care, and care leavers. Additionally, she holds over 16 years of management experience within a homeless charity, where she spearheaded projects and training programs centered around asset-based work with individuals.
Kevin Morris
Operations and Finance Manager
Kevin brings a diverse background in operations management from various sectors. He previously held the position of Head of Science in Herefordshire and has also engaged in politics and equalities policy and operations with different public sector bodies across Scotland.
Marina Folvarkova
Refugee Coordinator
Marina has been working with Ukrainians in England since 2023. Marina understands how to merge the mentality of Ukrainians with the British culture. Marina is glad to help Ukrainians with problems or questions they encounter on any topic.
In the Living Room we deal with both routine issues and those that are more complex. Marina understands how to tackle these tasks, she can explain the process to our Ukrainian clients and together they resolve any problems. According to Marina, work is your second home and one must work with pleasure and full dedication.
Patrick Palmer
Housing Coordinator
Patrick is focused on removing the barriers between marginalised groups and their community using a asset based approach. Since 2019 Patrick has spent his time working in homelessness and its root causes over the border in Wales and here in Herefordshire.
